1. Acceptance

By using this website (ana-yurt.dev) or signing in with an Ana-Yurt account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the account service.

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover the ana-yurt.dev website and the Ana-Yurt account used to sign in to our web services (for example, the web version of FileFlip).

Each app has its own terms and privacy policy, which apply to that app: ShareApp terms, FileFlip terms. Other sites linked from our home page are separate services with their own rules.

3. Accounts

An account is optional and is only needed for web services that ask you to sign in. Our Mac apps do not need an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for giving accurate information when you register. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Purchases

Our Mac apps are sold as one-time purchases on the Mac App Store. There are no subscriptions. Apple processes these payments and is the merchant of record; the purchase is also subject to Apple's terms.

Refunds for Mac App Store purchases are requested from and granted by Apple, under Apple's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases ourselves.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
